 While trying to renew, a message prompts me to try again in 4 hours.What should I do?
Λύση An updated version of the new Billing Control Panel was published on 28/11/2009. While trying to renew a Domain Name or a Hosting Plan, it is possible that the following message appears:

“Due to the Billing Control Panel' s upgraded version, it is necessary that your account is synchronized by Tophost's billing department. The synchronization has already began. Please try to renew in 4 hours / on the DD/MM after 12:00 am, that the synchronization process is estimated to have completed.”

-- As soon as this message appears, an automated e-mail is instantly sent to the Support Department so that your Tophost Account is synchronized with the new Billing Control Panel.

-- Please, repeat the renewal process in the time suggested by the system's message.

-- As soon as the synchronization has completed, all available payment methods will appear on a drop-down list. In that case, you may proceed with the payment by following the steps as they are described on the previous link: http://support.tophost.gr/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=79
